M*A*S*H
M*A*S*H (Medical Applications of Science for Health) is a program
designed for students interested in a career in the medical field. The
two-week camps are free and take place at various locations around the
state. The camps give students a unique glimpse of the health-care
industry by allowing them to shadow medical professionals. Participants
do lab work, learn how to suture wounds, make casts, watch surgery, and
learn about dentistry, sports medicine, pathology and so much more.
The application period runs from February-April , though specific
deadlines differ for each site. Applications may be obtained through
your guidance counselor.
