LITTLE
ROCK — Steven Stroh recently joined Arkansas Farm Bureau as southeast
area coordinator in the Organization and Member Programs Department.
Stroh will work with the 13 county Farm Bureaus within the
district — Arkansas, Ashley, Chicot, Desha, Drew, Jefferson, Lee,
Lincoln, Lonoke, Monroe, Phillips, Prairie and Pulaski.
He will be responsible for the effective coordination and
implementation of all Farm Bureau programs, such as membership
acquisition and maintenance, policy development, service-to-member
programs, commodity programs, leadership development and training and
county program development. As a registered lobbyist, he will also be
part of Farm Bureau’s lobbying efforts.
He previously worked as an underwriter for Southern Farm
Bureau Casualty Insurance Company in Little Rock. Stroh holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in agriculture from Arkansas State University.
Stroh is a member the Yoder Ruritan Club, having served as
president in 2008. He is also a member of the First United Methodist
Church at DeWitt.
He lives near Almyra with his wife, Suzanne and children, Olivia, 20, and Kelly, 13.
