Yesterday, at its state convention
near Hot Springs, the Arkansas FFA Association honored three of Arkansas Farm Bureau’s staff leaders.
Warren Carter, vice president of public policy, and Chuck Tucker, director of organization & member programs, received Honorary State FFA Degrees. According to the FFA Association: “The Honorary State FFA Degree is the highest honor a non-member can receive. Recipients of the degree have helped FFA members and our association. Each has encouraged FFA members to develop their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success.”
Ewell Welch, who is retiring as executive vice president of Arkansas Farm Bureau at the end of the year, received a special recognition as well.
