Airline Transportation

For attendees who will be flying to the conference, there are two basic options. First is the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) in Bentonville, which is approximately 10 miles or 15-20 minutes from the hotel by car. The second option is the Tulsa International Airport (TUL) in Tulsa, Okla. Some chose to fly in and out of Tulsa because Southwest Airlines provides service there and airfare may be less expensive. However, Tulsa International is roughly an hour and forty-five minutes by car from Rogers.

Shuttle & Taxi Service

For those who will be using shuttles and taxis, service to and from the airport costs approximately $40.

Hotel Parking

For attendees who will be driving, the Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas, the conference hotel, offers complimentary self-parking. There is easily accesible, safe and abundant parking in front of the main entrance. For those who prefer to valet, the hotel offers valet parking for $7 per night.
