Leading Across Generations was the theme of Arkansas Farm Bureau’s 83rd annual convention. Keynote speaker Haydn Shaw is an expert on generational differences and has helped clients address them for more than 20 years. He’s written a book entitled, “Sticking Points: How to get the 4 Generations Working Together in the 12 Places They Come Apart." He says that generational sticking points are inevitable, but but can be overcome in traditional offices or on family farms and ranches.

Shaw spent some more time with us for a podcast, providing details on how generational differences can be addressed within organizations like Farm Bureau and offering tips on tackling specific issues that arise on farms and ranches and in other businesses.
